If you’ve ever walked the lively streets of Mexico, you’ll know that the smell of sweet, juicy corn cooked with fragrant spices is everywhere, it’s the kind of scent that makes you stop in your tracks. Usually served from colourful street carts, Street Corn is packed with bold flavours and, just like in Mexico, it’s always made with love.

Did you know? These carts are traditionally called ‘Esquite’, where corn is served in a cup with all the tasty toppings!

We’ve brought this iconic street snack straight to our kitchens in Singapore. Our version starts with sweet corn sautéed with smoky chipotle seasoning, drizzled with our signature chipotle mayo, sprinkled with melted Jack Cheese, and topped with zesty Pico de Gallo salsa.

You can enjoy it as a side on its own or add it to your favourite burrito or bowl.
