Many think the Caesar salad hails from Italy. But the truth is, it was first created in Tijuana, Mexico, back in 1924 by an Italian migrant named Caesar Cardini. We have reinvented the Caesar with three new gourmet menu items.

The result? A Caesar triple threat that’s crunchy, creamy, crave-able and unmistakably GYG.

The new gourmet menu items are all made fresh from clean, high-quality ingredients. Aligning with our clean food philosophy, we use only the best ingredients, including our gourmet Caesar dressing, Crisp cos lettuce, House-made corn chips, Shredded Jack cheese, plus you can choose from our 100% Flame-grilled Chicken, Grilled Steak or Pulled Shiitake.

🌯 The classic, the OG, the G.O.A.T. with a Caesar twist! We’ve taken all the best parts of GYG's Caesar salad, added Pico de Gallo and rolled it all up in a fluffy flour tortilla.

🙌 Our legendary Chipotle Seasoned Fries meets our new Caesar Salad! A Caesar with Fries in it! The GYG Cali is hard to top, but the delicious Caesar Cali Burrito takes it to the next level!
